Nope! You can just bring in your device to our repair centre, no appointment necessary. We operate on a first come first serve basis, but we do offer Rapid Service** if you need your device back right away. We only need appointments for call-out services.

Laptop Repair Services

Most repairs are done within 1 business day and sometimes even sooner! Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require custom ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue. We take pride in having extremely fast turn-around and in many cases we have fixed our customers computers on the spot for them. All or our repairs are done "in store" to ensure the fastest turnaround time possible.

Mobile Phone Repairs;

Most repairs are done within 60 minutes and sometimes even sooner! Advanced hardware repairs or repairs that require custom ordered parts can take longer depending on the severity of the issue. 

Hardware Repairs:

we offer a 90-day guarantee on the service and generally, all parts have a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Software Repairs

We offer a 90 days guarantee, if the problem re-occurs we will fix it at no extra cost.
